Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Incorrect address entered at checkout

  • Delays caused by the carrier

Exceptions

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

If approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. Refunds will not be issued.
